  • No, not at all. Learning the essentials takes under 5 minutes!
  • Training sessions and/or documentation is included when renting a POS system and the ESS support staff is available 24/7 for questions. We always strive to ensure you’re using your system as effectively as possible.
  • What if I need a lot of terminals? Is renting still an option and what are the advantages?

  • Yes, it is! Renting systems can be much more economical than purchasing in bulk.
  • Space is not an issue when you rent. You won’t need to find storage space to store all the terminals when they’re not in use. ESS owns thousands of square feet of warehouse space to service and store the equipment.
  • Are POS systems with multiple components difficult to set up?

  • No, many are ready to use just by plugging them in.
  • Detailed setup instructions are included with rentals that use multiple components, such as scanners, credit card systems, etc. ESS is also available to answer any questions.
  • What if I want to accept credit cards?

  • Options are available. We have several models that include an integrated credit card component.
  • Stand beside terminals are also available to work with or independently from a POS system.
  • What if I decide I’d like to keep the equipment long term?

  • Renting enables you to become familiar with the equipment with a no long-term contract. You’ll have the opportunity to see all the benefits it provides your business and how it makes your day-to-day operations run more smoothly.
